Ingredients
Preparation
Heat a thick-bottomed pan (if possible, cast iron) and add coconut oil. Once the oil is heated, turn the flame to medium and add mustard seeds. After they splutter, add urad dal. Then add green chilli, red chilli and curry leaves along with grated coconut. Once it gets sautéed in the oil, add boiled chickpeas along with the required salt. The sundal is ready.
